This web page has been developed specifically for the purpose of assisting communications system planners to develop a long term strategy for their community. Obviously there are other ideas and system that may have merit. No one system can do everything, but you can at least start with a plan of understanding needs and available solutions. If we have assisted you in that objective, we have done our job!
