MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

There IS a difference! To keep your maintenance cost as low as possible while simultaneously minimizing downtime, we recommend extending the factory exchange warranty (normally one or two years depending on product type) to five full years on all  Motorola repeater, mobile, and handheld radios.

In addition, we have included a supplemental maintenance program known as Next Day Exchange (N.D.E) that virtually eliminates transportation costs and downtime.  N.D.E. is included for the first year on either the one year extended payment or Net 10 day terms.  N.D.E. is included for three full years on the lease plan.

With N.D.E. your mobile or handheld radios will be replaced the very next day with UPS call tags provided for pick up of the defective item.  N.D.E. service on repeater and dispatch station equipment provides on-site service within 24 hours maximum (possibly the same day if reported before 12:00 noon).

N.D.E. eliminates the waiting for a technician to show up, the disruption of being forced to take a unit to the shop, waiting for parts, or being hit with unexpected repair bills.  N.D.E. covers everything except damage caused by acts of God, sabotage, or abuse.  N.D.E. is simple and cost effective!
